Ok so you won't be able to pronounce the name of this snack but essentially it's
sausages wrapped in dough! I came across this recipe in boligliv and wanted to share it with you.
(24 pieces.)
25 g butter
5 dl milk
50 g fresh yeast (get from your local baker's)
3 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
200 g spelt flour
500-600 g regular wheat flour
24 small sausages (could be vegetarian such as Tival)
A little sesame seeds for sprinkling over the horns befor they go into the oven
Melt the butter in a saucepan add the milk and get to a warm but not hot temperature
Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the liquid into a bowl
stir in the yeast, sugar, salt followed by the spelt flour which should be added a little at the time whilst kneading the dough.
- keep a little of the flour back and continue kneading until dough is smooth and supple.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for approx. 1 hour.
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead it well.
Split the dough into 24 pieces and roll out in the shape of sausages
Wrap the dough around the sausages and arrange them on two baking trays covered
with baking paper. Let bread raise approx. 30 min.
Turn on the oven to 200 degrees.
Brush horns with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds .
Bake for about 15 min or until golden.
Velbekomme!! Enjoy!!

When simplicity is key
I just came across this lovely raw house in the Danish magazine Rum. The Minus K house is designed by KUU architects and can be found in Shanghai. Loving the simple and raw materials used
