A Summer House In Denmark

You will find this lovely summer house in Jutland in an area  known as the Western Sea (The North Sea to you and I). The house is  situated so close to the sea that you are able hear and feel the waves breaking. This is my idea of heaven!

By Nord Where Design Meets Nature..

Inspired by the Danish restaurant Noma which is after all "the world’s best restaurant" for two years running, all the By Nord designs like Noma have strong links to the Nordic Nature which was all very evident at the launch of the new 2011 autumn/winter collections.

The By Nord press launch took place yesterday in London’s  North Road Restaurant where we were treated to the amazing new  winter collections. The new collection is truly spectacular with a few colourful surprises and some of the high quality By Nord bed linen and cushions we have come to love. Sorry guys but I’ve no new images to share with you yet but do keep an eye on our facebook page as well as the website  won’t be long now promise!

No sure what has taken me so long but I have just discovered the amazing brand that is Hanna Francis. Hanna specialises in furniture and interior products that combine the Scandinavian and English style. All her products have been hand crafted in wood and metal incorporating the importance of sustainability in her choice of materials.
