Sneak Peek By Nord AW2013

I'm  heading over to Copenhagen later this week to check out what's new at the "Defining Scandinavia" fair. A trip to Copenhagen would never be complete without a spot of shopping so I'll of course make sure to visit all my favourite shops too!

Meanwhile, here's a peek at the  new By Nord Collection do you see anything you fancy?

Playtype posters beautifully styled!

I had been swooning over Playtype posters for a while, but it was only after seeing these beautifully styled room shots that I finally decided to stock the posters from the Copenhagen based type foundry.

A cool Danish summer house

I am very fortunate and have stayed in loads of lovely Danish summer houses over the years, each with their own  charming quirks.  But never have I been blessed enough to stay in a house like this, which manages to capture the essence of a traditional summer house whilst at the same time giving it a contemporary and cool edge.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

Love that they have kept the traditional stained wood on the outside whilst keeping the pine planks raw on the inside of the house.
